Fortress
eyes UK investments.
New York City-based Fortress Investment Group is considering the acquisition of
two British hotel chains, according to a report in Sky News. The investment
firm is amongst the parties considering offers for Malmaison and Hotel du Vin,
which Singapore-based Frasers Hospitality Group currently owns. Frasers
acquired the hotel chains from KSL Capital Partners in 2013 for a reported £363
million.

Davidson
names 2 new execs.
Atlanta-based Davidson Hospitality Group has named Nick Gregory executive vice
president of operations for Pivot, its lifestyle operating vertical, while Paul
Eckert has been promoted to executive vice president of operations and business
intelligence. Gregory most recently served as senior vice president of
strategic operations for the company.

Crescent
adds in Arizona.
Fairfax, Virginia-based Crescent Hotels & Resorts is opening The Remi
Scottsdale, Autograph Collection, the first Autograph Collection property in
Scottsdale, Arizona. The 161-key hotel features several F&B outlets.
Crescent operates over 120 properties in the U.S. and Canada.

Rebel
adds in California.
New
York City-based Rebel Hotel Co. has added the 136-key Domain Sunnyvale in
Sunnyvale, California, to its management portfolio.

Accor
adds 3 in Italy.
Accor is partnering with Roma, Italy-based AG Group to sign three properties in
Italy to its Emblems Collection that will join the luxury brand in 2026. The
38-key Palazzo Sozzini Malavolti, part of the Emblems Collection, will open its
doors in Siena by mid-2026. The 51-key Relais San Clemente, Emblems Collection
in Umbria and the 60-key Masseria Furnirussi, Emblems Collection in Apulia will
also open in mid-2026. This brings the number of Emblem properties in Italy to
four.

Jo&Joe
adds in Budapest.
Ennismore’s Jo&Joe brand is adding a new location in Budapest, Hungary,
which is set to open in August. The hybrid ’open house,’ which is both a hotel
and a social space, has 91 rooms.

First JdV
in Southeast Asia.
Hyatt Hotels Corp. has opened the Kleo Seminyak in Bali, the first JdV by Hyatt
property in Southeast Asia. The hotel features 60 rooms and several F&B,
including a rooftop bar.
