Mia, a former employee of Diddy’s, who is testifying under a pseudonym, tells the court there were other times he made her feel uncomfortable sexually.

She recalls one occasion at the rapper’s apartment in New York, saying he leaned over her to look at a computer screen “in an uncomfortable way”.

She says she did not know how to behave and didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, so made an excuse about needing to go to the toilet. She then left the apartment, she says, and wondered whether it had been in her head.

Prosecutor Madison Smyser then asks about subsequent alleged sexual assaults.

Mia tells the court there was an incident at one of Combs’s homes in LA in 2009 or 2010. She was asleep, she says, and woke up to find Combs on top of her.

He told her to be quiet, she tells the court. “I just froze.”

Asked if she wanted to have sex with Mr Combs, Mia is tearful as she replies, “no”, and says it was “very quick”.

She also recalls an alleged assault in a closet, telling the court Combs forced her to perform a sex act.

“How did you feel?” Smyser asks her. “Like trash,” she replies.

Asked if she wanted to perform the sex act, she again says “no”, and adds that it was “really fast”.

Mia alleges there were other times Combs sexually assaulted her but she doesn’t remember the specific details.

But she tells jurors she does remember “a horrible dark feeling in my stomach”.
