Here is today’s forecast – NBC 6 South Florida

Featured1 hour ago1 Views

This has been a very wet month across just about all of South Florida and the rain fatigue is setting in.

Deep moisture pushing north will keep South Florida busy again on Thursday. Look for periods of showers and storms with possible flooding in spots.

The positive spin? Temperatures will be held down yet again on Thursday.

The pattern will shift a bit as early as Friday. Some slightly drier air will move in and thunderstorm chances will dip to more typical values, somewhere in the 40-5% range right through the weekend.

Temperatures will respond and push back into the upper-80s and low-90s.

Today: Scattered morning and afternoon storms, locally heavy rain possible. Highs near 86°.
Friday: Not as wet, scattered afternoon and evening storms. Highs near 89°.
Saturday: Partly cloudy. scattered storms. Highs near 89°.
Sunday: A touch drier, a few storms. Highs near 90°.
