KC Present breaks floor Wednesday on new mixed-use improvement

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas Metropolis Present, together with Palmer Sq. Actual Property Administration and Marquee Improvement, broke floor Wednesday afternoon on the subsequent part of the KC Present’s generational funding within the Berkley Riverfront and downtown Kansas Metropolis, Missouri.

Wednesday’s groundbreaking ushered in a $200 million part of the challenge centered on properties, residences, retail house and extra.

The mixed-use improvement is only one aspect of progress within the space. The Kansas Metropolis Streetcar Riverfront Extension will assist with transportation to the realm and KC Present video games.

The streetcar plans to finish this extension by 2026, earlier than World Cup matches come to Kansas Metropolis.
