Metrolinx will be making minor changes to the Lakeshore West GO Train line starting today, September 2.
These new upcoming changes have to do with departures both GO stations in town: Oakville and Bronte
GO network schedules show that trains on the Lakeshore West line will be departing either a few minutes earlier than expected and few minutes later than expected, depending on the time of day.
The purposes of these upcoming changes is to “better reflect actual travel times,” according to their website.
GO Train schedules, however, do not indicate specifically in what periods (or when exactly throughout the day) these small adjustments have been made.
Metrolinx is advising riders to check the time their train will be departing and plan accordingly to their departure.
Also they advocate to arrive to their station 10 minutes prior to the listed departure time.
