Defense attorney Marc Agnifilo questioned George Kaplan about how expenses were handled for Sean “Diddy” Combs. Kaplan previously testified that he paid for things for Combs or anything work-related on his corporate credit card.

Kaplan, Combs’ former executive assistant, said Combs never personally paid for something in the moment.

Usually an assistant, like then-chief of staff Kristina Khorram, would hold Combs’ wallet, which held just a credit card and a license, Kaplan said.

Combs’ travel and excursions were always handled by employees, not Combs, Kaplan said.

Agnifilo asked Kaplan whether there was any reason “to think he’s keeping track of baby oil purchases.”

“Definitely not, no,” Kaplan said.

“His world was the size of Earth,” Kaplan said, explaining that his boss was dealing at a high level with business situations around the world, and Combs had employees who dealt with the finer details of finances and ensured that Combs had whatever he wanted.

“To think that he knew where some of these things were coming from is unrealistic,” Kaplan said.
